Secondary Education: Stakeholders Embrace Common Fund

The Minister of Secondary Education officially launched the mutual assistance fund of the ministry on Wednesday July 27, 2017 in Yaounde.

Workers of the Ministry of Secondary Education can now conveniently show solidarity to each other in times of happiness as well as sadness. They now have a mutual assistance fund where money can be contributed for use during such moments. Officially launched by the Minister, the fund has as main objective, to make life easy for the personnel of the Ministry. Proposed by Minister Jean Ernest Massena Ngalle Bibehe, and managed by the teachers and workers, the fund has as benefits, health insurance of FCFA 3,000 per year and funeral expenses, of FCFA 1.5 million. Other benefits include; supplementary pension and auto insurance.
