Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement supporters and supporters in Batcham have called on President Paul Biya to be their candidate
The supporters of the Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement (CPDM) for Bamboutos South Section (Batcham), say they are interested in President Paul Biya’s political philosophy and have overwhelmingly appealed for him to stand as CPDM candidate for 2018 presidential elections. They have also pledged their permanent loyalty to President Paul Biya’s leadership, whose role has made the country to grow in strength and stability, despite the Boko Haram incursions in the Far North since 2013, that has created fear in the minds of many Cameroonians.
The supporters made the declaration in Batcham on, 11, July, 2017, during an information and sensitization political meeting that was chaired and coordinated by Public Works Minister, Emmanuel Nganou Djoumessi who is the Head of the CPDM Central Committee Permanent Delegation to Bamboutos Division. The political meeting was aimed at educating the supporters on new orientations, especially the potential role those at the base have to play to lead the CPDM party to success.
