Trade: Czech Businessmen Find Cameroon Attractive

They held separate audiences with the Ministers of Communication and Agriculture & Rural Development.

Businessmen from Czech Republic on an economic mission to Cameroon have discovered for themselves that the country is open to free trade.

Leading the delegation, the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Czech Republic, Jancarek Ivan told reporters after an audience with Cameroon’s Minister of Communication, that they found Cameroon very attractive for business. He also commended the country’s entrepreneurial approach to development.

“We regard Cameroon as a very important country in this sub-region. We will like to share our knowledge and experience. We talked about development in our respective countries,” Jancarek Ivan disclosed.

The Minister of Communication, Issa Tchiroma Bakary, during the Wednesday December 13, 2017 audience, reassured the visiting delegation that they could find anything they want in Africa in just one country – Cameroon. Tchiroma also assured the Czech delegation that peace in Cameroon is guaranteed; equating it to near religion.
