Volleyball: Two Cameroonians Join French Club

Dominique Tchelibou and Alain Bangsi were presented to fans of Canteleu Maromme in a ceremony last Friday.
Cameroon has got talent not only in football as talents in volleyball are equally coveted around the world. Two Cameroonian volleyball talents have just been recruited by a French club side, Canteleu Maromme. They are Dominique Tchelibou and Alain Bangsi. Both Dominique and Alain are friends but have never played in the same club before as Dominique Tchelibou used to play for FAP Douala while Alain Bangsi used to play for the rival club, PAD Douala. During the past season, Tchelibou played for Angers in the French national league 2 while Bangsi played for Tangers of Algeria with whom he played the African champions league.
The fate of both men met when Tchelibou was recruited by the coach of Canteleu Maromme, Aymeric Beaujour to play at the attack line. He soon realised the coach was looking for central defender and recommended Alain Bangsi. ‘I found the project interesting and knew it was going to help...
