 The CEO of Just Food has benefitted from support programmes thanks to her brave efforts.

Nchafack Almighty is a social entrepreneur with a strong background in communication and public health. Founder of Just Food; a social enterprise aimed at making traditional African meals convenient and healthy, the talented lady has devoted her time to fabricating wrapped frozen ekwang for easy preparation by extremely professionally occupied persons or those with limited knowledge on the traditional dish.

Nchafack states that the issue of commodity value addition as an approach towards post-harvest loss management and food security by using common food staples (cocoyams) and engaging in low cost food processing (ekwang) is her objective.

Business has always been an integral part of Nchafack life, as she highlights. Describing herself as an explorer, she has managed many businesses; ventured into TV bouquets before delving into the world of societal behavioral change. She strongly believes that business can and should improve the conditions in which people are born and live.
