« When I was given the opportunity to enter the Senate, I said God had done it. I felt honoured. It was a recognition for the job I was doing in the CPDM and the country as a whole. I am a customs officer by training and before being voted into the Senate, I was the Mayor of the Bum Council. My experience in the Senate was not bad. I could do a lot of things for my constituency the North West Region. We as Senators of the North West Region moved round all the divisional headquarters and distributed assistance like motorcycles. We also assisted secondary schools with bundles of zinc. I was little bid satisfied. In my native Bum Subdivision, I assisted the council as we bought road construction equipment. Back to parliamentary work in the Senate, I was a learner.
