MTN Elite One: Coton Sport Bounces Back

Coton Sport of Garoua have bounced back to the top of the MTN Elite One championship. The found their way to the top again after they beat Aigle Royal of Menoua 2-0 in a delayed day 16 match of the national championship in Garoua yesterday April 23, 2018.

Coton Sport that went into the competition with 30 points after the 15th playing day were able to grab the three points of the day to secure a comfortable top seat. Coton Sport is now topping the league table with 33 points. They are followed by UMS of Loum 31 and Fovu of Baham 31 points. UMS of Loum played a 0-0 tie with Astres of Douala at the Molyko Stadium in Buea on Sunday April 22, 2018.

That was the first draw for the team in the last five matches. They are followed by Fovu of Baham with 31 points.
