Hon Pokossy Donates ICT Equipment

The refurbished multimedia centres of Lycée Bepanda and ENIEG Bilingue Bonamoussadi were officially handed over on May 25.

Within the framework of her parliamentary activities, the MP for Wouri East, Elise Pokossy Doumbe on Friday May 25, 2018 officially handed over the newly refurbished multi media centres for the government high school Bepanda and the Bilingual ENIEG in Douala. Speaking during the handing over ceremony, Elise Pokossy Doumbe said the objective of refurbishing the multimedia centres is to improve on the learning conditions of young Cameroonians in conformity with government’s policy of modernizing Cameroon’s educational system by acquainting it to new technologies of information and communication.
The principal of GBHS Bepanda, Eboa Thamar said she was happy and proud of the gesture of the Wouri East MP saying it is going to benefit the students in the domain of ICTs where things change very fast. She promised to make good use of the equipment received and to accompany the children to make sure they use ICTs responsibly.
