Cameroonian Charged With Abetting Terrorism, Vagrancy

Tchipnjo Kouam Armand Martial was picked up in Chad.

 

A Cameroonian serving with a company in Chad has been charged with terrorist acts and vagrancy at the Yaounde Military Tribunal. When the matter opened on October 24, 2016, Tchipnjo Kouam Armand Martial pleaded not guilty to the two counts. The offences are punishable under Articles 74, 97, 247 of the Penal Code, Article 2 of Law No. 2014/028 of December 23, 2014.
