Cameroon-Saudi Arabia: Cooperation Ties Revisited

This was during an audience granted Ambassador Mohammed Bin on November 16 by the Minister Delegate at the Ministry of External Relations in charge of Cooperation with the Islamic World.

Bilateral relations between Cameroon and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia were on November 16, 2018 discussed in an audience accorded Ambassador Mohammed Bin Suliman Almussher by the Minister Delegate at the Ministry of External Relations in charge of Cooperation with the Islamic World, Adoum Gargoum. Both diplomats examined the state of cooperation ties between both countries which have existed over several decades.

Mohammed Bin Suliman Almussher said shortly after the audience that they held talks on several issues bordering on diplomatic relations between both countries. “It is very normal for us to exchange with the Minister Delegate on the state of relations between Cameroon and Saudi Arabia. The relations are solid and we meet practically almost every week to update ourselves on the state of cooperation ties,” he stated.

He added that they were actually coordinating activities in line with the inauguration of the new Saudi Arabian embassy in Cameroon. “We equally have a delegation from Saudi Arabia that will soon arrive the country on a working session. This will comparatively help in developing relations between both countries, he stated.
