President Paul Biya’s recent decision to recruit 2,000 Cameroonians, holders of PhD to enhance the teaching process in the nation’s State Universities has been saluted by the Spokesperson of the Presidential Majority and United Democratic Party (UDP) Chairman, Bochong, El Hadj Lawan Bako who has qualified it as a decision that gives the nation’s youths a chance in nation building.
