Cameroon-AU: Yaounde to Host Finance Meeting

Cameroon will from March 4-8, 2019 host the third African Union Specialised Technical Committee meeting on finance, monetary affairs, economic planning and integration. The Commissioner for Economic Affairs in the African Union, Professor Victor Harisson led the AU delegation to the Ministry of External Relations on January 24, 2019 where they held a meeting with the Minister Delegate at the Ministry of External Relations in charge of Relations with the Commonwealth, Felix Mbayu to evaluate preparations for the meeting.

Talking to the press after the meeting, Victor Harisson said the preparations were going on well. He said the Yaounde meeting will have the theme, “Public policy and productive transformation.”
