What is your political roadmap for 2019?

The United Socialist Democratic Party (USDP) has a distinct road map for Cameroon in this 2019 which is to work tirelessly with the powers that be to bring an end to the crisis in the North West and South West regions. Encouraging the course for justice, truth, reconciliation, peace, unity, and the reconstruction of the already weakened economic, social, and cultural potential of all Cameroonians at home and in the diaspora. And equally helping in strengthening the process for the calm and return to normalcy of our local communities under hostile conditions by working towards the safe return of the refugees in Niegria and the internally displaced persons to their original places of abode.

Would your party participate in any upcoming elections?

Our party has a Republican and Democratic character. We believe in democratic practices and procedures. Election is part and parcel of what USDP believes to be democratic practice towards legitimacy and legality. With this in mind, USDP has always been ready and active in elections in Cameroon. If the right conditions for any elections in 2019 will be transparent, free and fair, USDP will participate with its full force. Another factor which will motivate the activeness of USDP in any future elections in Cameroon will be the revision of the electoral code.

What is the position of youths and women in your party?
