There is a rush for tickets already put out for the public since Monday, 14 November 2016.
The first AFCON match at the Limbe Omnisports Stadium is billed for Sunday 20, November, 2016, at 4pm between Nigeria and Mali. The same evening at 7pm will be Ghana Kenya. For each match, 12.000 tickets will be put out for sale. According to a communiqué from the Director of the Limbe Stadium , Mrs Mbua Pascaline, tickets were on sale since last Monday, 14 November.
Sale points include for Limbe, the City Council, Limbe I Council, Fako Divisional Delegation of Sports and Physical Education, Fako Bakery, New Town (Pa Nchinda), Mile Four, Face Book Mile Four. For Limbe II, the Divisional Office, Limbe Omnisports Stadium, Aminatou Square, Wovia Junction.
At Buea, Regional capital of the South West Region, sales of access tickets are conducted at the Buea Council Office and Mile 17 Motor Park. In Tiko, the tickets are found at the Sub- Divisional office and Mutengene near the Post Office. In Kumba, the South West economic centre, the AFCON tickets are at the Divisional Delegation of Sports and physical education and Kumba City Council.
Those who shall come straight to the Limbe Stadium will find their tickets placed at the West Wing, East Wing, North and South of the facility. The AFCON tickets prices range from CFA 500, 1000, 1500, 2000 and 3000. A democratic sale to pull more spectators.
