Eteki Mboumoua Begins Final Journey To Mother Earth

The coffining of the mortal remains of the erstwhile Minister of External Relations and President of Cameroon Red Cross took place yesterday in Yaounde.

 

The morgue of the Yaounde General Hospital was yesterday November 24, 2016, crammed with hundreds of mourners who turned up to pay last homage to a fallen Statesman, William Aurélien Eteki Mboumoua. The former Minister of External Relations and President of Cameroon Red Cross died in Yaounde on October 26, 2016.

Among several mourners at the Yaounde General Hospital were some present and former Cabinet Ministers, Secretary General of the CPDM Central Committee, Jean Nkuete, members of the Circle of Friends of Cameroon (CERAC), the Red Cross family, amongst others.

Born on October 20, 1933 in Bonadibong in Douala, Littoral Region, William Aurélien Eteki Mboumoua began his administrative career in 1958 after obtaining a Bachelor degree in Law and Political Science and a Diploma in Administration from Ecole National de la France d’Outre-Mer in 1956.
