Ex-Servicemen: Cameroon To Host African Commission Meeting

Preparations are gathering momentum in Yaounde ahead of the event that opens on December 12, 2016 under the patronage of the Head of State.

Various committees put in place for the smooth hosting of the 15^th meeting of the Permanent Commission of African Affairs of the World Federation of War Veterans, Ex-Servicemen and War Victims (FMAC), are fine-tuning preparations ahead of the event that begins on December 12, 2016 in Yaounde. A meeting to assess the level of preparedness took place yesterday in the National Office of War Veterans and Ex-servicemen in Yaounde during which various sub-committees presented reports of their activities.

According to Retired Colonel Alfred Fuller, Director General of the National Office of Ex-servicemen and War Veterans (ONACAM), the meeting is placed under the distinguished patronage of the Head of State, Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces. Participants from over ten African cou...
