UNIFFAC 2021 : U-17 Lions Step Up Preparations

They played a friendly game against Kadji Sports Academy on Friday January 29, 2021 in Yaounde which ended on a 0-0 tie.

The U-17 lions of Cameroon are bracing up for the UNIFFAC Zonal qualifications ahead of the U-17 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) to be played in Morocco. As part of activities of their second training camp in Yaounde, they played a friendly game against Kadji Sports Academy at the Ahmadou Ahidjo annex 1 stadium on Friday January 29, 2021. The game ended on 0-0 tie after tough performances from both ends. 
The two teams in the first half seemed to have had equal scoring opportunities but unfortunately could not finish their efforts with the most awaited goal. In the second segment of the game, the Kadji boys came in strong but were paralysed after one of theirs was sent out of the field after receiving two yellow cards. The U-17 lions coached by Anicet Mbarga took control of the game but unfortunately could not still score a goal. Regrettably, it was not the best afternoon for both teams as all shots to the poles got into the waiting hands of both keepers.
