In a relax atmosphere but with focused attention, five Heads of State of the Central African sub region converged on Unity Palace last evening to share a fraternal meal and calmly reflect on how to bail the sub region out of growing economic, monetary and security challenges.

The State dinner offered by Cameroon’s Presidential couple, Paul and Chantal Biya, in prelude to today’s extraordinary summit of Heads of State of the Central African sub region, was hugely attended by Heads of State and accompanying delegations.

Idriss Deby Itno, President of the Republic of Chad,  Faustin-Archange Touadera, President of the Central African Republic, Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, President of Equatorial Guinea and Denis Sassou Nguesso, President of the Republic of Congo who arrived in Yaounde yesterday all took part in the dinner.
