Women’s Emancipation: NW, SW Task Force Gets New Leadership

Sarah Derval Ephosi Lifanda has the mandate to continuously champion the course of the civil society movement.

The South West, North West Women’s Task Force (SNWOT) has a new leadership. It was put in place on January 6, 2022 in Douala during their elective general assembly. Sarah Derval Ephosi Lifanda was voted as the new General Coordinator for SNWOT. She took over from Sally Mboumien who served a single mandate (2019-2021). Gladys Foncham came in as Secretary General, Delphine Mbongue is Chief Financial Officer while Manka Tabuwe Akwo will manage Communication and Advocacy. Constance Kamga is Focal Point for Centre Region while Josephine Yelang is Focal Point for Littoral. The North West Region as well as South West Region equally have their bureau members put in place.
