Tunisia : Carthage Eagles Earmark Strategies

A few days after humbling Nigeria, the Tunisian team has embarked on another preparatory phase ahead of the quarter-finals encounter against Burkina Faso.

The Benoue Hotel in Garoua where the Carthage Eagles are lodged was calm yesterday morning. At the reception hall, very few Tunisian officials could be seen discussing in conviviality. The hotel esplanade behind, plays host to other officials and players not too far from the swimming pool seated in small groups enjoying the hospitable climate of  Garoua. The subject of their discussions should certainly centre around Saturday`s quarter-final encounter against the Stallions of Burkina Faso. After amicably sending their sister Eagles parking, the Tunisians now know more attention is focussed on them and so must do everything not to disappoint their supporters here and those back home. At their hide-out, one of the communication officials who refused to be named told this reporter that the team is in good shape and that there is no problem with either lodging, feeding or transportation.
