Star Building: PM Receives UNESCO Director General

Madam Audrey Azoulay had discussions with Prime Minister, Head of Government, Joseph Dion Ngute on February 6, 2022.

Conviviality, warmth and sharing of ideas characterised the audience Prime Minister, Head of Government, Joseph Dion Ngute granted the visiting Director General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO), Audrey Azoulay at the Star Building on Sunday, February 6, 2022.
The audience was special as the Prime Minister got out of his office, welcomed the UNESCO boss and members of her delegation, then ushered them into the audience room where they had close to 25 minutes of discussions. After the discussions during which the Madam Audrey Azoulay handed a document to the Prime Minister, the Head of Government still led them out of the audience room, once more exchanged civilities with her and saw her got into the lift marking the end of the Star Building visit. Nothing filtered out of the discussions as the UNESCO Director General made no declaration to the press.
The visit slated for February 5- 7, 2022 comes in a context marked by a new vision driven by Madam Azoulay since her election in 2017 at the head of UNESCO.
