Bangem : Youth Saluted For Being Peaceful

The Paul Biya Stadium in Bangem town on Friday February 11, 2022, hosted the march past that marked the 56th edition of the National Youth Day Celebration. With the arrival of Tchakui Noundie Jean-Marie, Senior Divisional Officer for Kupe Muanenguba, at 10 am, the Head of State’s address to the youth was replayed and it was greeted with thunderous applauses when the message ended. That gave way for the march past that last for 45 minutes.
Government Nursery School Bangem opened the march past for the nursery section. It was followed by primary and secondary schools of State, conventional and lay private. In effect, 27 nursery schools, 10 primary and seven secondary schools took part in the parade. Youth groups and the YCPDM also exercised their civic duty. They marched past the ceremonial ground singing patriotic songs while carrying the national flag.
