MINJUSTICE: Training Documents for Universities, ENAM

The English versions of the Penal Code, OHADA Law and OHADA Uniform Acts are destined to universities and National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM).

 

Cameroon’s universities, higher institutions of learning and the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM) henceforth have at their disposal copies of the English versions of the Penal Code, the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) Law, OHADA Uniform Acts and the Quebec Treaty  for training and teaching purposes.
The Minister of  State,  Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals, Laurent Esso on Monday, January 23, 2017 handed copies of the documents to the Minister of Higher Education, Jacques Fame Ndongo and the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reform, Michel Ange Angouin during a ceremony at the Ministry of Justice in Yaounde. The handing of copies of the English versions of the legal instruments to the two cabinet ministers destined for the training institutions to which they are supervisory authorities, came after similar ceremonies to hand the documents to the Bar Council and State Counsels of Courts of Appeal in the South West and North West Regions.
