Management, Organisational Performance : Bilingualism Commission Staff Acquire Skills

The Secretary General of the Commission, Dr Chi Asafor presided at the opening of the three-day workshop on May 30, 2022.

Staff of the National Commission for the Promotion of Bilingualism and Multiculturalism (NCPBM) are undergoing a training on the theme, “Strategic Leadership and Organisational Performance” which will permit them better participate in consolidating peace and social cohesion. The Secretary General of the Commission, Dr Chi Asafor Cornelius presided at the opening of the three-day workshop in Yaounde on May 30, 2022. 
The Secretary General in his opening speech said the training will update their skills in promoting bilingualism and multiculturalism in Cameroon with a view to maintaining peace, consolidating the country’s national unity and strengthening people’s willingness and day-to-day experience with respect to living together. Going by Dr. Chi Asafor, knowledge acquired from the workshop, coupled with other skills obtained in the past years would enable staff to better perform their duties, especially in attaining the projected goals of the Commission. “This training will expose you to a shift in paradigm and help reshape your mind set with regards to the way in which you will have to discharge your duties within the NCPBM.
