Creation of Limbe Deep Sea Port : Traditional Rulers Thank Head Of State

A delegation of traditional rulers from Limbe, led by the Paramount Ruler, HRH John Elfa Manga Williams, have thanked the Head of State for the creation of the Limbe deep sea port. Comprising seven custodians of the traditions and customs of the people, they were received by the Prime Minister, Head of Government, Joseph Dion Ngute on December 15, 2022 during which they transmitted their gratitude to the Head of State.
HRH John Manga Williams said progress being made in ensuring that the project becomes a reality necessitated their coming to express appreciation. “We came here to say thank you to the Head of State through the Prime Minister, Head of Government, for the wonderful gift of a deep sea port which has come to reality. For the past years, we have been hearing about it and the people have been somehow doubtful about it. But recent developments have shown that it is a reality with the ministerial order asking the Senior Divisional Officer to create a Commission for delimitation of space. The active participation of that Commission on the field shows that it is real,” he stated.
