Crisis In NW/SW : Fru Ndi Crusades For Peace

The National Chairman of the Social Democratic Front (SDF) Ni John Fru Ndi on December 28, 2022 addressed the press while extending his New Year wishes to Cameroonians, especially those of the North West and South West Regions who are not living in total peace due to the socio-political crisis rocking the two regions since 2016. Many people, he said, are living out of the comfort of their homes in neighboring towns and many have lost so much property. It is against this background that the National Chairman of the SDF took time off to explain to the press his desires and wishes for the people of Cameroon and most especially those living in the aforementioned regions. John Fru Ndi said, "I cannot support the issue of war in my own country. I am joining my voice to others to say that the boys carrying arms in the bush should come out and let's build a better Cameroon". He said war has never been an option and hence appealed to perpetrators of   this unhealthy environment to restrain and give peace a chance. He noted that the SDF ushered a debatable democracy for the people, to talk the pertinent issues affecting the country and how they could be resolved.
