CHAN 2022 : Algeria Goes Beyond Expectations

To ensure the best results Algeria has invested much money in modern sports infrastructure with beautiful stadiums.

If there is anything to praise Algeria for in this seventh edition of the TotalEnergies African Nations Championship, it the manner in which the whole event was organized. The host country has gone beyond expectations as concerns the organisation. Any visitor to Algeria during the CHAN 2022, went back home with a good impression of the country not only because of the beautiful matches but most of all the organisation. To ensure the best results the Algerian government invested much in modern sports infrastructure with beautiful stadiums. There is the newly Nelson Mandela Stadium 40,000 places) in Baraki, Algiers, Stade du 19 Mai Annaba (65, 000 places), Chasid Hamlaoui stadium in Constantine (40,000 places), Miloud Hadefi Stadium Oran, (41,000 places), 
There are two stadiums that will received in next three months in Duera in the suburbs of Algiers and the other is in Kabylie, North of Algeria. The rest of the organisation is impeachable at the level of the hotels, airports and road infrastructure all is perfect. The Local Organisng Committee has equally ensured successful media coverage during the competition. Journalists from all the corners of Africa where accredited to cover the event.
