Ibok Joel Ayongha : Seeking To Develop His Community

He is the second youngest South West Regional Councilor.


Ibok Joel Ayongha is one of the youth seeking to develop his community, Isangele in Ndian Division. Born on April 20, 1991, he is the second youngest South West Regional Councilor and hails from Ndian Division. Serving his first mandate, he is among the 70 Divisional Representative elected in December 2020. Ibok Ayongha is a member of the Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement, CPDM, Ndian III, where he is Advisor in the YCPDM wing. He joined politics in 2012 after having started off as Community Youth President at Oron Village. He is a holder of a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography.
Ibok Joel Ayongha said he is at the Regional Assembly to speak out the development challenges and needs of his people and seek solutions. To encourage education, he has an annual programme whereby, he gives out scholarships to best students at Cameroon General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level and Advanced Level in Isangele Subdivision.
