Prime Minister’s Office : Women’s Leadership Roles Saluted

The remark was made by the Deputy Secretary General of the Star Building, Pascal Nguihé Kanté on behalf of the Prime Minister as he celebrated with the female staff.

Female staff at the Prime Minister’s Office have been encouraged and appreciated in the leadership roles they play in enhancing administration especially in the digital economy sector. The Deputy Secretary General of the Prime Minister’s Office, Pascal Nguihé Kanté presided at the celebrations on behalf of the Prime Minister, Head of Government. He made three remarks during his statement to the ladies. Firstly, he said the Prime Minister was happy with the work of female staff in the Star Building, and also sends his encouragements. “Hierarchy is very much at ease with your work and output,” he stated. He concluded by saying that it is the wish of hierarchy to see the operationalisation of the initiative “Smart Prime Minister’s Office”, a digital platform that will greatly help the social development of the institution, its staff and the public. “A digitalised woman is an industrious and courageous person,” the Deputy Secretary General stated to the applause of the elated women.
