Ambassador Kashadile Busaka-Muteba of the Democratic Republic of Congo is a personality who understands Pan-Africanism and the aspirations of the population. He studied principally in the Democratic Republic of Congo and France, where he obtained his Masters in “Sciences et Techniques” (MST-Gestion) from the University of Lille III. The Ambassador gained admission into the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1991. Six years later, he was appointed Administrative Adviser to the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications, a position he occupied till 2000 where he became a Member of Parliament at the Constituent and Legislative Assembly-the Transitional Parliament.
