Nacho Junction Killings : Compassion Of Presidential Couple

North West Regional Governor Adolphe Lele Lafrique laid a wreath from the Presidential couple during a solemn ceremony in memory of the victims of the Nacho Junction massacre.

North West Governor Adolphe Lele Lafrique was at the Nacho Junction on July 27,2023 to extend the compassion of the Head of State, President Paul Biya and wife Mrs Chantal Biya to families of the 10 civilians who were brutally massacred in this locality on July 16, 2023. The Governor used the occasion to pass across the condolence message of the Presidential couple to the bereaved families and to lay a wreath at the site in memory of those brutally killed.
Prayers were also said for the peaceful rest of the souls of the departed and candles lit as a sign of morning.  His Grace Michael Kintang prayed for peace to return to the region and to the nation of Cameroon as a whole. The men of God also committed the souls of all who have lost their lives during this period of unrest. In a special way, they prayed for the souls of the civilians that were killed in that junction for God to give them joy and peace in heaven. 
Governor Lele Lafrique read the condolence message of the Head of State to the hearing of the families and the population of the North West Region, in the presence of those who were at the scene.
