Miss World 2025 : Cameroonian Poised To Shine

25-year-old Cameroonian model, Marie Princesse Ndoun Issie, will represent the country at the 72nd edition of Miss World Beauty pageant in India. The former Miss Cameroon and breast cancer advocate announced her departure to the public on her Instagram account, where she shared a video in which she narrated her modelling journey so far, along with a flyer announcing her departure form Cameroon at the Yaounde-Nsimalen International Airport on May 5, 2025, for India. She has secured an eighth participation for Cameroon at the major event, marking her second appearance as she looks forward to break records. 
The world's most prestigious beauty festival, Miss World, spans over a period of four weeks, featuring intensive phases for the 116 contestants from various countries across the world.
