Burkina Faso : 11 Nigerian Soldiers Released

This was after Wednesday’s apology message from President Bola Tinubu to his Burkinabe’s counterpart, Ibrahim Traore.

AFP reports that a statement from Traore’s office said, Nigeria “regrets the irregularities in the authorization procedure to enter Burkina Faso’s airspace” and that Tuggar had offered Abuja’s “apologies for the unfortunate incident.”
