International Finance Corporation: Charlotte Ndaw Sako Bids Farewell

T he outgoing Regional Re­ presentative for Central Africa and Country Manager for the International Finance Cor­ poration (IFC) of the World Bank Group in Cameroon, Charlotte Ndaw Sako, was at the Ministries of the Economy, Planning and Regional Development (MINEPAT) and that of Finance (MINFI), yesterday July 28, 2026 to bid farewell to Minis­ ters Alamine Ousmane Mey and Louis Paul Motaze, respectively. The in-camera audience, Ndaw Sako said, was a forum for discus­ sions to appraise her inputs and execution of earmarked projects since her September 27, 2023 ap­ pointment. Under Charlotte Ndaw Sako’s lea­ dership in Cameroon, the IFC im­ plemented an Investment Doubling Strategy aiming for over FCFA 300 billion in investment by 2028.
