Police: Delegate General Inspects March Past Practice

Forces of the National Security rehearsed for the 2017 National Day march past at the esplanade of the Omnisport Stadium on March 12, 2017.
The troops of the National Security are galvanized and set for a thrilling parade at the Yaounde 20th May Avenue on May 20, 2017, the day of the 45th anniversary celebration of Cameroon’s unitary State.
The organizer of the Police march past practice for the event, Police Chief Superintendant, Akenji Ewu Ngeme made the declaration on Friday, May 12, 2017 after the Delegate General for National Security, Martin Mbarga Nguele inspected the march past practice at the esplanade of the Yaounde Omnisport Stadium. Reports after the rehearsals indicated that the Delegate General for National Security was happy and appreciated the efforts put in by the Police troops. Instructions on proper conduct before and during the National Day celebrations were also given elements of the Police corps who will march past in front of President Paul Biya and his special guests during the event at the 20th May Avenue.
On the expected innovations, the National Security troops will present a carrousel before the military parade proper starts. Messages carried in the banners of the carrousel relate to the entire mission of the Police corps. The messages are the “Police always and exclusively at the service of the population”, “Police a community force for an emergent Cameroon”...
