Sports Dance: Bene Wassam, Maleindje Pamela, Champions

The finals of the sixth edition of the AS Aneva Dancesport Challenge took place in Yaounde recently

 

Sports Dance continues to win the hearts of many youths in Cameroon during the past few years. The finals of the sixth edition of the Sports Dance competition called “AS Aneva Dancesports Challenge” competition took place in Yaounde recently on the theme “Sports, vector of the promotion of social peace in Cameroon”. Organised by Aneva Dancesport Association the competition brought together over 4,000 participants from public administrations, councils and enterprises from across the country. The competition took place under the auspices of the Minister of Sports and Physical Education. 
For two days, competitors from 20 councils, ten enterprises and three administrations thrilled the public with rich talents in different sports dance. In the overall classification, the couple, Bene Wassam Didier Steve and Maleindje Pamela Linda emerged winner in the three dance competition. In the JIVE, the couple Ngameni Nuanje Ghislain and Simo Pelap Quiselle was first. In the Valse Viennoise, Kemlong Patrick Girest and Kuisseu Momo Raïssa Chimene were winners. In the Tango dance Bene Wassam Didier Steve and Maleindje Pamela Linda were the winners and also in the Cha Cha Cha dance category. In the Paso Doble category Dounala Herman Dario and Onguedou Effa Alix were champions. ...
