Inaugurated on May 13, 2026, the edifice in the Warda neighbourhood in Yaounde provides an ideal environment for football actors to strategise and deliver exceptional results.
One structure that presently captures widespread attention in the Warda neighbourhood of Yaounde, specifically around the Yaounde Multipurpose Sports Complex, is the shiny new modern headquarters of the Cameroon Football Federation (FECAFOOT). What began as a bold dream several years ago, with the foundation stone laid in 2012 with Iya Mohammed at the helm of the federation, has now materialized into a reality. This edifice offers a professional, well-equipped space where football administrators, coaches, players, and support staff can execute their duties with efficiency and focus. It is no secret that a conducive work environment boosts morale, productivity, and innovation; directly fuelling better outcomes on and off the pitch. The construction works for this impressive building were expertly handled by PAC International, ensuring top-tier quality and durability. During the presentation of the facility at the inauguration ceremony on May 13, 2026, it became clear that this new headquarters stands as a true symbol of modernity and ambition. The building which sits on 2,500m2 surface area with three strategically placed main entrances for seamless access, constitutes five floors. Key highlights include a spacious 230-square-meter conference room that can comfortably seat more than 150 people for high-stakes meetings or strategy sessions; over 60 individual offices tailored for various roles; multiple versatile meeting rooms for collaborative discussions; and two expansive parking areas to accommodate vehicles for staff, visitors, guests and dignitaries alike.
