Nanbudo: Federation Restores Order

An Ordinary Board meeting of the Cameroon Nanbudo Federation took place in Yaounde recently.

Three top officials of the Cameroon Nanbudo Federation (FECANA) have been suspended from their functions. This was one of the major resolutions of an Ordinary Board meeting of the federation that took place in Yaounde recently.

The suspended officials include the Vice President of FECANA, Shihan Paul Nyamsi, Adviser to the President in charge of ethics, Me Tchoua Pierre and former finance controller, Me Toue A Rim René Blaise.

They are accused of many charges notably the non-respect of the national anthem and the national flag during a recent African Nanbudo Championship in Côte d’Ivoire in November 2013, fraud and false declarations and non-respect of ministerial instructions.

The accused who were conspicuously absent from the board meeting were suspended in a conservatory manner from all activities of the Cameroon Nanbudo Federation with immediate effect.
