Higher Education: 1,850 Professionals On The Field

The graduation of the Gulf of Guinea Institute held on October 14, 2016 in Douala.

 

Students of the 24th batch of the Gulf of Guinea Institute, Douala, have been advised to undergo more industrial attachment in order to secure jobs. The representative of the Minister of Higher Education and the Littoral Governor made the call while chairing the graduation ceremony in Douala on October 14, 2016. After congratulating the 1,852 students, he challenged them to be determined and exemplary.

The Minister’s representative also commended lecturers for efforts in training the students, enjoining the school to pay salaries regularly, rehabilitate laboratories and respect the school calendar. The President of the Institute, Louis Marie Njambou, disclosed that the institute is always amongst the best, reason why the Forbes Magazine in September 2016 rated it the best private university in Central and East Africa.
