The Parliament deliberated and adopted, the President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set out below:
SECTION 1: The President of the Republic is hereby authorized to ratify the Convention between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany for the avoidance of double taxation of air transport companies with respect to taxes on income and capital, signed in Yaounde on 24 August 2017.
