Social Democratic Front: Officials Plan Future Elections

Meeting in Bamenda last Saturday April 21, 2018, members of the National Executive Committee (NEC) discussed on measures of participating in further expected polls.

The Social Democratic Front (SDF) party met in Bamenda for a National Executive Committee meeting to lay down the ground work for their involvement in forthcoming elections this year especially the Presidential race of which Joshua Oshi (National Vice President) was voted as candidate to represent the party.

Chaired by the National Chairman, Ni John Fru Ndi, the Saturday April 21 meeting equally evaluated the recently organised senatorial election of March 25, 2018 during which the SDF secured seven seats at the Senate.

The Chairman to that effect congratulated the SDF elected Senators of the North West region who will be meeting today in Yaounde with other Senators within the framework of their first session as of right. The 28-year-old political party in one of its resolutions from the conclave expressed worries on the continuation of the crisis rocking the North West and South West regions of the country.
