Diplomacy: Two Diplomats Present Letters Of Credence

 The Ambassadors of Philippines and Mexico presented the advanced copies of their Letters of Credence to Minister Lejeune Mbella Mbella on June 18, 2018.


The designated Ambassadors of Philippines and Mexico to Cameroon, all with residence in Abuja, Nigeria, on Monday June 18 presented the advanced copies of their letters of credence to the Minister of External Relations, Lejeune Mbella Mbella. H.E Shirley Ho Vicario is the designated Ambassador of the Philippines to Cameroon, while H.E Alejandro Garcia Moreno is the designated Ambassador of Mexico to Cameroon. Both diplomats after the audience granted them said they will collaborate with the government of Cameroon in promoting bilateral ties with their respective countries.
Shirley Ho Vicario is a holder of a Master in Public Management obtained in 2008 at the Institute of Sciences and Technologies of Calbayog City. She equally acquired a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sto Tomas (Manila) in 1994. Born on February 15, 1962, she has held several positions including that of Ambassador of her country to Papua New Guinea from February 2007 to September 2010.
Meanwhile, Alejandro Garcia Moreno, who is Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary served as Permanent Representative of Mexico to the Organisation of American States (OEA). He was Consul before his designation as Ambassador of Mexico to Cameroon with residence in Nigeria.
