Cameroon-Japan: Ambassador Bids Farewel

Kunio Okamura was guest at the Ministry of External Relations on September 27.

Japanese Ambassador to Cameroon, Kunio Okamura, has come to the end of his mission to Came- roon. He was received at the Ministry of External Relations on September 27, 2018 by Felix Mbayu, Minister Delegate at the Minister of External Relations in charge of relations with the Commonwealth.

Accompanied by officials of the Japanese Embassy in Yaounde, Ambassador Kunio Okamura and his host discussed the growth and future of relations between Cameroon and Japan.

The Japanese diplomat told pressmen shortly after the meeting that they talked about cooperation, which to him, is satisfactory; particularly in the domains of economy and humanitarian activities.

The outgoing ambassador is leaving Cameroon after spending three years in the country. He presented his letters of credence to the Head of State, President Paul Biya on November 11, 201...
