Going by the resolution, APSTA Secretariat will be accorded the necessary diplomatic privileges and immunities of an international organisation.

“With gratitude, APSTA fully accepts the offer of the Government of the Republic of Cameroon to host the APSTA Secretariat permanently in Yaounde, with diplomatic privileges and immunities of an international organisation,” reads entirely resolution one. APSTA has equally adopted a revised Constitution that reflects its new status as a PanAfrican International Organisation, according to the second resolution of the Annual General Assembly.
