Cameroon-Canada: In Synergy For Investment Promotion

The Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Assembly yesterday scrutinised a bill to this effect.

 

Cameroon and Canada do not only share bilingualism traits in common, but are also poised to strengthen economic relations through reciprocal investments. This is evidenced in the agreement signed in Toronto, Canada on March 3, 2014 between both countries to promote and protect investments. Lawmakers of the National Assembly yesterday November 22, 2016 scrutinised the agreement tabled before the Foreign Affairs Committee seeking to authorise the President of the Republic to ratify the agreement between Canada and Cameroon for the promotion and protection of investments.
