Bamenda : Teaching, Learning On Course

Day two of the 2022/2023 academic year is on course in Bamenda with North West Governor, Adolphe Lele Lafrique sizing up the situation in the City's schools on September 6, 2022.
Schools and colleges in Metropolitan Bamenda have effectively opened their doors for teaching and learning for the 2022/2023 academic year. Pupils, students and teachers were on duty on day two of resumption on September 6, 2022 after ghost town calls on day one are to blame for schools and businesses that were shut on resumption day, September 5. North West Governor, Adolphe Lele Lafrique went sizing up the situation in the city where it is evident that stakeholders are enthusiastic and mobilised to take education forward. The governor cris- crossed some six schools and colleges with messages of encouragement towards a successful academic year.
On-the-spot at CBC Primary school, Menda, Bamenda III Subdivision, Education for Christian Living and Mathematics were the subjects in classes One and Three. Away at GTHS Nkwen, a huge number of students were still seeking admission while English Language, Home Economics and Engineering Science lessons were on course respectively in Forms One and Three. The governor took time off to thank students and parents who were around to enrol and ensure that education must not wait. It was a full 5B class that welcomed the governor at PCHS Mankon with lessons on Exercise d'intergration, (Grammaire). GPS Group I and II in the neighbourhood of Old Town Bamenda, GBHS Bamendankwe and Ecole Publique Camp Militaire, Up Station equally featured the commitment to ensure education in 2022/2023.
