Cameroon Weightlifting Federation : Boukar Tikire Continues As President

S.M. Boukar Tikiré will pilot the affairs of the Cameroon Weightlifting Federation (FECAHALT) for the next two years. He was elected during the Elective General Assembly of the intuition that took place on Sunday November 27, 2022 in Yaounde. The Elective General Assembly was in line with the circulars of the Ministry of Sports and Physical Education. A total of 40 voters took part in the voting exercise. The 40 voters gave 100 percent vote to the lone candidate Boukar Tikie. He was voted alongside those he selected to accompany him pilot the affairs of the federation during his new mandate. The first session of the Board of Directors for the election of the other bureau members took place shortly. 
Speaking to journalists, Boukar Tikire said he was happy for the confidence given him by the members of the general assembly. He promised to continue to work so that weightlifting in Cameroon will reign everywhere. Boukar Tikire explained that the projects that lie ahead of the weightlifting federation are many and varied.
