Visiting Lt. General, Rene Claude Meka yesterday December 8, 2022 impressed with general calm after control and evaluation of security and military health operations in Bamenda.
Cameroon's Army Chief of Staff, Lt. General Rene Claude Meka has summed up the security and military health situation of the North West region as "calm and under control". The visiting Military Chief was in Bamenda yesterday December 8, 2022 where he sized up the security and military health situation ahead of the 2022 end-of-year festivities.
The visit featured a working session with Operational Military Chiefs on the field. The Commander of the 5th Joint Military Region, Brigadier General, Bouba Dobekreo, the Commander of the 5th Joint Gendarmerie Region, Brigadier General Housseini Djibo and the Commander of the Military Health Sector, Col. Amadou Atikou took turns to update the Army Chief of Staff on the situation in their respective areas of command.
In all, the Army Chief of Staff retired from Bamenda after instructions for Operational Chiefs to ensure tranquillity during end-of-year feasts. From the look of thin...
