Promote 2017: Cosmetic Companies Counsel Customers

 Visitors to cosmetic stands at PROMOTE are receiving advise on product specificities.

The fair-ground of the sixth International Exhibition for Enterprises, SMEs, and Partnerships, PROMOTE, at the Yaounde Conference Centre is all booming with sounds of music in almost all stands, with each participant trying to outsmart its business opponent. It is even more exciting in cosmetic stands where exhibitors are using all fashion and communication skills to attract customers and investors. Beauty queens and models are stationed in strategic points of cosmetic stands to create awareness and visibility.
It is all about the concept of revealing one’s beauty in all cosmetic stands. Moisturising, lightening, baby care and hair care products are on display, with hostels on hand to take visitors round to discover new products and those that fit their skin colours. Most of the exhibitors have embraced counselling as part of service to customers and visitors. The Cameroonian-made beauty products, exhibitors say, are adapted to country realities in terms of climate. The Eclat d’Or (Eurocosmetics) is just metres away from the entrance to the fair-ground, with a handful of body lotions, paediatric and hair care products.
