University Sports 2023 : Members Examine Pertinent Issues

The sixth session of the federal council of the National Federation of University Sports took place at in Yaounde yesterday March 22, 2023.

Members of the board of the federal council of the National Federation of University Sports (FENASU) met in Yoaunde yesterday March 22, 2023 to discuss pertinent issues on the federation. The meeting was co-presided by the Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education, Prof. Jacques Fame Ndongo and the Minister of Sports and Physical Education, Prof. Narcisse Mouelle Kombi
Speaking at the opening, the President of the Federal Council of FENASU Prof. Jacques Fame Ndongo said FENASU is relaunching its activities through the organisation of the 23rd edition of the University Games that will take place in Ngaoundere from April 29 to May 6, 2023. Prof. Fame Ndongo used occasion to congratulate institutions that have paid their annual contributions and called on the others that are still dragging their feet and new members to pay theirs for the smooth functioning of the federation.  Minister Fame Ndongo said the University Games are a great moment of communion, manifestation and living together. He said the University Games remain the most import product of FENASU and will be a moment to show to the national and international community the determination of the youth to adhere to the ideas of peace and progress as prescribed his the Head of State Paul Biya. He called on all the members to give their contributions to the success of 23rd edition of the University Games.
